How to build a minnie castle playground for rats?

I want to build a 3-4 ft castle/house for rats. i need ideas on what materials to buy, and i want it to have a yard so i'd need something like the bottom of a rat cage but a lot bigger, and remember i'm building it all from scratch. and it needs a fence that they can't climb. like where could i buy the materials i need. i know menards and maybe hobby lobby, but where else? any suggestions would be great!
