No we don't eat things like that, our food is similar to British food generally with lots of multi-cultural dishes being popular. You are talking about traditional Aboriginal culture, they ate wild animals and fruits and vegetables native to Australia (commonly known as ';bush tucker';), because it was all that was available to them before British settlement.
